How do you reconcile belief in a good God with serious disease or illness?

Diagnosed with leukaemia (ALL) when he was 6 years old, John Clarke finished his three and a half years of chemotherapy treatment in November 2018. We were delighted to hold a special Thanksgiving Service to celebrate the end of his treatment.
