Today we have on Teghan Baril of RINSE Hair Studio in Salem, NH.  Teghan is also a step-sister, or bonus sister of Mackenzie Smerdon!  We go over what is was like having an idea for a studio so long ago and bringing that idea to fruition and the trials and tribulations that Teghan went through in the process of opening RINSE Studio.  From hairdresser to business school and back to hair dresser, her story really has come full circle.  Can't wait to see what you do next Teghan!
