Who belongs within the Kingdom of God? The definition of the people of God expand to include both Jew and Gentile. In this exploration of Acts, and the Spirit of God is active and moving and pushing into new territory of belonging.

This giving of the Holy Spirit in the early church left people divided, either earnestly asking "what does this mean", or scoffing in dismissal.

In his resurrection, Christ opens a portal of sorts from the present age of suffering, decay and death, and points us toward the age to come. An age of wholeness and life everlasting.

When Jesus quotes Psalm 31 on the cross, it is his final word before dying. It is also an expression of full and complete trusting in the will and the goodness of God.

How do we understand Jesus' cry of "it is finished" from the context of the cross? What does triumph look like for a follower of Jesus in light of the cross?
