After a mixed bag of both success and challenges provided by the wind, I have followed up with this extra episode to talk through some basic points about the Mam Tor hike.

Firstly, I would recommend it to anyone, it wasn't difficult and the views are rewarding and spectacular in equal measure. If you walk from Edale via the Tor to Hope village, then you will trek into a nice space with a couple of good tea rooms.

I walked from Mam Tor to Hope village along the ridge on a glorious spring day up north. Then drove back to London.

Sorry about the wind, also there is 2 seconds of silence I had to cut out because a northern woman swore at her dog.

I found this session quite helpful, I discovered an old list that gave me a bit of hope. 75% completion of this list, I can now move on and create a new one. I have focused my thoughts on something realistic and my new list will reflect that.
