I think folk dances are one of the most important parts of culture.
In my introductory article i wrote when i first joined Hive, i said that i love folk dances.
There are many types of games played in different ways in Turkey.
In the video , we play an Ankara mood called 'Hüdayda' with our teacher.
I can say we are trying to play. :)
This was our first try. We wanted to record our performance on video.
It is possible to develop different choreographies.
We wanted to play this way as a group.
I really like the song we opened to play this game. Isn't it fun , don't you think?

Bence halk oyunları kültürün en önemli parçalarından biridir.
Hive'e ilk katıldığımda yazmış olduğum tanıtım yazımda halk oyunlarını sevdiğimi
söylemiştim.
Türkiye'de farklı şekillerde oynanan birçok oyun çeşidi olduğunu biliyorsunuz.
paylaştığım videoda öğretmenimiz ile 'Hüdayda' adlı Ankara havasını oynuyoruz.
Oynamaya çalışıyoruz diyebilirim. :)
Bu ilk denememizdi. Performansımızı videoya kaydetmek istedik.
Farklı koreografiler geliştirmek mümkün.
Biz grup halinde bu şekilde oynamak istedik.
Bu oyunu oynamak için açtığımız müzik çok hoşuma gidiyor.
Sizce de çok eğlenceli değil mi?

I compiled the videos I shot at a festival I attented.
There is a tradition is 'Pıngıdık'.
It was also known as the 'inidition ritual'.
This is the information I got from a few people I met in the village.
This tradition is also a ceremony of welcoming spring for the villagers.
A big fire is lit in the village square.
One of the young people of the village is chosen and dressed in a special outfit.
Throughout the night, the people of the village and outside guests are hosted, accompanied by music and dances.
This festival is normally held in March with the arrival of spring.
But since most of the villagers live outside, it is held in February, when there is a break in recent years.
I joined in February too. I wanted to share with the arrival of spring and inform you of this tradition.
If you live in Antalya, you can be a guest of this festival by following the announcements of the municipality of Finike in February.
As a large group, we arrived here after a 2-hour jorney from Antalya to Finike and then to Gökbük village.
Maybe I will share the beauties and details of the village in another article.
