In this episode, I backpack on the Rich Mountain Loop in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This Lollipop shaped loop includes section of Rich Mountain Trail, Indian Grave Gap Trail, Scott Mountain Trail and Crooked Arm Branch Trail. The trail head is located in the Cades Cove area of the park.

In this episode I hike to Charlie's Bunion on the Appalachian Trail in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is one of the most popular hikes in the park. I also update you on things going on in my life as well as a shorter hike that I took on the point lookout trail in Panther Creek State Park.
