In January 1982, Harold Bray looked out the window of the plane and noticed lights shining below as they flew over a snow storm in Breckenridge, Colorado. To his dismay, he realized the lights were flashing SOS and he alerted the crew who alerted local authorities. Trapped in his truck in a snowdrift, Alan Lee Phillips was saved by rescuers, but sadly two women that night who were hitchhiking were not so lucky and were reported missing, later found murdered. What’s the connection here? Why are orange socks important? You’ll have to listen to find out!
