Very few people would take issue with the fact that last 7 years of the Obama Administration has seen a country divided against itself with polarization being the norm. Intolerance, hate speech, "snarkiness" and name calling are alt the new normal.

So what the country clearly needs is leadership that can unify us while tackling the many, difficult challenges that face us domestically and globally.

The question is: Are the current front runners in the Democrat and Republican parties likely to do just that or create more division? Are they proven leadership material or do their records indicate otherwise?
