In this episode of Hilary Topper On Air, Hilary interviews Ron Stair, Principal, and CEO, of Creative Plan Designs, Ltd.

Ron will discuss his firm’s recent merger with WIA Consultants, Inc. and what his new company NineTwo can offer businesses looking to unbundle their services such as payroll, accounting, recordkeeping, financial advice, TPA, etc. Learn how this approach to financial services is a preferable model for the plan sponsor, and hear how the company is doing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

    About Ron Stair

Ronald K. Stair, PhD., MLT, EA, ERPA, is the Principal and CEO of Creative Plan Designs, Ltd., a CEFEX certified actuarial consulting and third-party administration firm. With over forty years of experience in the actuarial consulting and retirement plan design fields, Dr. Stair leads an expert team of credentialed retirement plan consultants and administrators who provide concierge client service to businesses nationwide and worldwide. Dr. Stair is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.

    About NineTwo

There are many TPA’s in the NY Metro area, but just a handful are real competitors. Why so few? Too many firms in this industry work on volume, revenue sharing and provide the lowest common denominator in service. Is that really who you want to manage your retirement savings (one of your largest assets)? While most TPA’s position themselves as an employee benefit, they create plans for the employer. They work for business owners and their partners. Their typical client has between 2-50 employees. However, they can handle much larger organizations, and they serve clients across the US and internationally. The firm wants to work with clients who understand and appreciate our individualized approach. Creating leading-edge plans that work for each business owner’s unique needs --no cookie-cutter plans-- is our area of expertise! • POPaganda with Ron English

In this episode of Hilary Topper on Air, meet Ron English as he discusses his new virtual exhibit, POPaganda.

Known as The Godfather of Street Art, Ron is one of the most prolific and recognizable artists alive. He is credited with graffiti's transition from a sub-cultural form of popular expression, to the decorative, narrative murals seen around the world today. Amongst Ron's innovations is "culture jamming", the act of modifying or hijacking advertising billboards.

Hilary interviews Ron and the owner of Pop International Galleries, Jeff Jaffe, about the virtual exhibit, POPaganda, running now through October 15, 2020.

Ron coined the term POPaganda to describe his signature mash-up of high and low cultural touchstones, from superhero mythology to totems of art history, populated with his vast and constantly growing arsenal of original characters.

Pop International Galleries is thrilled to premiere Ron English with brand new original works on paper and select limited editions. The Ron English POPaganda on Paper exhibition will be available online in Pop International’s POP SHOP.

During these tenuous times, hear from English as he has continued to inspire and create thought-provoking works while overcoming his own personal bout with COVID-19. Delusionville – Ron’s picturesque utopia, somewhere down a rabbit hole – the town’s motto is “If you believe, it doesn’t have to be true” has never been more of a reality than now! America’s Premier Pop Iconoclast reminds us to take a break while embracing life with a sense of humor and a voice to connect us all.
