    Dr. Jeff was appointed by the United States Golf Association (USGA) as the Chairman of the Practice Rounds and Caddy Committee for 7 U.S. Open Golf Championships. Since 2002, Dr. Jeff has been Chairman of the U.S. Open Golf Championship Wellness Team, totaling 16 years with the USGA. He currently instructs the “First Swing” golf clinic for the handicapped, sponsored by the Eastern Amputee Golf Association. In 2018, Dr. Jeff was also the Chairman of the 2018 Senior U.S. Open Wellness Team at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs

    Dr. Jeff is a Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). He’s also a certified Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional, Fitness Instructor, Golf Coach and Junior Coach Dr. Jeff is Graston Technique Certified and on the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) Concussion Registry and an Elite Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP). He is also K VEST certified and uses 3D and 6D motion capture technology to fully understand how the body moves. Dr. Jeff is also certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment. (SFMA) He is also certified in BODITRAK a comprehensive education platform on an athlete’s interaction with the ground (GRF) and sports performance.

    Michael Nizich is the director of the Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation Center (ETIC) and is an adjunct assistant professor of computer science at New York Institute of Technology. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in information technology in a variety of industries, including aviation, education, law enforcement, biotechnology, and cybersecurity. Nizich has held IT leadership positions in both private and publicly held companies.

    With more than 10 years of college-level teaching experience, Nizich holds a Ph.D. in Information Studies from Long Island University, a master’s degree in Technology Systems Management from Stony Brook University, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College.

    Through ETIC programs, Nizich regularly connects both domestic and international students with internships and full-time positions in cybersecurity. He also directs NYIT’s Center of Academic Excellence for Cybersecurity Education, designated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the National Security Agency, and serves as a member of the CTEA committee for cybersecurity for Suffolk County Community College.

    Kelli's Background

    Kelli Boyer is an RRCA-certified running coach, a member of several run-focused organizations such as National Black Marathoners Association (NBMA), the Minority Women’s Marathoners Association (MWMA), Half Fanatics, Marathon Maniacs, 100 Half Marathons Club, a 50-states Half Marathon Club, and is in her fourth year as a proud Balega Socks Impi!!

    Kelli was always a recreational runner and ran my first half marathon in 2012 after recovering from a knee injury.  A friend, who just earned his RRCA coaching certification, and offered to train her to run a half marathon.  Her first half was in Pennsylvania, then Florida, DC, and Virginia, and she just kept going.  The journey took over six years and she finished on January 20, 2019.

    Kelli had a coach for the first few half marathons, but then joined the local Jeff Galloway training group, to learn and incorporate the run/walk/run method.  She still trains with them today.  Kelli joined a group because she felt like she needed more people to motivate her for that distance.

    Along the journey Kelli earned the nickname "Run Pretty", because she typically ran in skirts, pearls, a flower in her hair, and a full face of makeup! The name is also because she never wore the same outfit twice in a race.

    Theresa earned an Education Degree from Stonehill College in MA. She also taught pre-school and Kindergarten at the Hampton Day School for eleven years and later created a Movement & Music Program for their pre-school. Today, she is the Founder and Executive Director of the award winning, i-tri Transformation Through Triathlon Program, which in its 10 year history has grown from 8 girls at one school to this year’s group of close to 200 girls at 10 schools on Long Island.

    Theresa was inspired to create the i-tri Program after her own experience of being transformed through triathlon.  She never considered herself an athlete, but at 35-years-old she decided to try and complete the Block Island Triathlon. As she began to train, she discovered so much about herself. When she crossed the finish line, she felt like a totally different person! Theresa finally liked herself and appreciated her body for its accomplishments instead of constantly criticizing it for not being a certain shape and size.

    A few years later she began to think, what if she had learned all of this when she was 12 instead of 35? And, what a different experience she would have had in life. From there, i-tri was formed.
