Today we come to the third and final message in our Connected 3D series. We find ourselves in a rapidly changing culture because of continually changing technology. As disciples of Christ we need to intentionally apply Biblical precepts and principles to all areas of our life. As we have discussed the past two weeks, we definitely need God’s wisdom in the use of the technology that we bring into our homes and lives.

Last Sunday we began a three-part sermon series, Connected 3D, about the impact of technology in our daily lives. We saw how God had designed man to have dominion over the earth and that God is to have dominion over all things. In Genesis 11, however, we learned through the example of King Nimrod that we can either use the things we make from the earth in either a faithful way or a faithless way.

This morning we begin a three part sermon series called Connected 3D. God created us to live and experience a three-dimensional relationship with Him and one another. However, if we are not careful, we will allow technology to rob us of those relationships. When that happens the enemy begins to accomplish what Jesus said was Satan’s purpose, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.” (John 10:10a)
