It’s hard to imagine a more dysfunctional group of people than the church at Corinth! Conflicts, runaway worldliness, sexual perversion and cliques were threatening the church’s survival. Lest we kid ourselves, churches today face many of these same dangers. Today Pastor Mark begins our new series Real Church based on 1 Corinthians, a strong letter from the Apostle Paul which still speaks today, because under the steeples and in every pew are real people with real problems. Good for us: we have a real Savior with real solutions!

Family is fascinating and frustrating, interesting and irritating. In today’s message “Real Famliy” Pastor Jeff focuses on our spiritual family rather than our biological family. Have your Bible or Bible app ready as we will visit several New Testament passages. We will also celebrate communion together as a church family during the service.
