Haley is solo recapping the holidays, giving football updates, rambling about her resolutions and why anxiety (and sad beige) is OUT in 2024.

Haley is joined by the two most important men in her life, Taybor Pepper and Matthew Sisken. Listen to them reminisce on years of friendship, Matthew's speech at Taybor and Haley's wedding, Matthew and Taybor's business ventures, and the times they've been most embarrassed by each other.

Haley introduces her other life partner, Matthew. The man, the myth, the legend, and the person who may now have squatter's rights to her home. Best friends since 5th grade, they spend 30 minutes going down memory lane and briefly touching on how they may be the new faces of the almost extinct board game, Guess Who?

Haley resurrects for an update on the beginning of football season, a shift in perspective, and a new normal for her family. As always, she shares some mom-related thoughts, definitely some things she might regret but will forget about shortly, and manages to say the phrase, "my point is..." 75 times. Two minutes in, Haley gets a phone call from one of her best friends and then spends an hour airing a venting/therapy session with Katie Kilpatrick Roden, our resident southern belle. We discuss mom guilt, loss of identity after kids, and dissect whether hiring babysitters makes you a bad mom. Spoiler alert- it obviously doesn't.
