This week, Todd Gearhart shares about Building Walls – the story of Nehemiah. Nehemiah was chosen by God to lead the restoration of Jerusalem. To do that, Nehemiah had to face enemies that personified things that we still struggle with: Fear, Discouragement, and Criticism. Nehemiah overcame his enemies by partnering with God, and we can learn much from his story.

How can we accomplish anything without unity and correct purpose? In this message, Todd talks about the theme of unity coupled with purpose in the stories of Babel and the rebuilding of the temple and altar in Ezra’s day.

In this week’s sermon, Pastor Steve discusses the pitfalls of religious hoops versus the simplicity of enjoying the presence of a God who wants us to be with Him. Our commission, as Steve shares, is really a co-mission with God – He desires us to be with him in the expansion of His kingdom!

Todd asks Pastor Steve about how we embrace the presence of God in our households, with a special emphasis on ways parents can help instruct and raise up kids with a presence-based purpose.

Did you know that God is territorial? Psalm 24:1 says “…the Earth is the Lord’s and all the fullness within…” As Pastor Steve exhorts in his message – that means we need to make room for God’s kingdom to be established in this earth.
