Hindsightless

My reflections on my first game master and what it's like looking back. All puns totally intended. #rpgaday

I promise my other RPG-A-Day episodes will not be this long! There were just too many awesome calls from amazing people. Check out this list of callers I have for you: Jason, Karl, John, a first time caller named Dark Fluid, and Ray freakin' Ottis! How's that for a banger list?

Plus, I put the RPG-A-Day content at the beginning of the episode so if you don't want to hear about training you don't have to. I am a helper!

The pink Phantom answered the call and is here to drop serious knowledge about how training works in Advanced Dungeons and Dragons, Jason shares some super cool facts about real world training with us, and Spencer introduces a new character. There's also a very helpful public service announcement from yours truly. This is a super fun one!

I hope everyone out there is listening to the Pink Phantom because his show is awesome! This is mostly a long message in response to the Phantom's latest couple episodes where the topic of training in older editions of D&D has come up. Instead of burdening the Phantom with another message on the topic, I recalled that I have my own podcast, so here are more of my thoughts on the topic of needing to train in order to level up in the older versions of the game.

Recaps of Wrath of the Righteous and Karl's awesome birthday game, calls from Jason, and talk about fantasy settings. Good times!

A couple calls from Jason and a whole lot of rambling from me. This one is mostly just a collection of what's been on my mind since last we spoke. Hope you enjoy!

Calls from Taylor,Spencer, Karl, and Jason. I give another Wrath recap, we talk about a neat accessibility work around I came up with for Roll20, going to the zoo, recipes, and more! I even include a couple of links in the show notes!!! Check it out!!!

Wherein I reflect on the epic RPG/beer con from whence I recently returned. I also take a call from Karl, the GMologist himself, on topics covering the Dark Tower, Wrath of the Righteous, and show notes. This one is a must listen!

I mean, it's not like I'm going to send the Pinkerton's after you if you don't listen, so I guess it really isn't a *must* listen as it is a *should* listen! Enjoy!!!

We're talking about Wrath of the Righteous, We Deal in Lead, and more! With calls from Jason, Karl, and Jerry. Good stuff!

In this episode we talk about Canadian TV, international beer prices, a book that made me sad, and a bit about gaming. Calls from Jason and Rob aka Menion. Good times!
