While he may have cleared the air in one case, Boosie Badazz was dragged back into another legal mess, getting arrested by federal agents ... TMZ has learned.

A spokesperson for the San Diego County District Attorney's office tells us Boosie was in court Wednesday for an appearance in his ongoing gun case. The good news -- the case was dismissed. The bad news -- he still had another pending legal issue.

We're told Boosie was arrested by federal agents outside the courtroom as soon as his gun case hearing wrapped.


YK Osiris believed he had the right to grab Sukihana and plant an unwanted kiss on her lips, and for that, the internet is letting him have it ... accusing the singer of sexual assault.

Tyrese has thrown shots at DJ Vlad for continuing to bring up his personal life with guests on VladTV and allegedly being a culture vulture. 

The 44-year-old took offense to a clip Vlad released this week of an interview with Boosie Badazz reflecting on the singer being the most hurt person on Instagram. In his post, Tyrese shared snapshots of a DM conversation between himself and Vlad trying to set up an interview which didn’t end up happening. 

In his caption, Tyrese dragged Vlad for being upset that the singer turned down a $10,000 offer to appear on VladTV and continue to leech off of Black culture. According to Tyrese, Vlad should be stopped. 

“Haven’t you used BLACK PEOPLE ENOUGH??? What’s the dudes name who talks off camera who owns VLAD TV?? Can y’all pull his tax returns????????,” Tyrese wrote. “How much is he leaching off of BLACK CULTURE???? This dude is already have four people on his show and he randomly keeps bringing MY NAME UP… laughing about my divorce traumas laughing about my crying video and trying to milk my traumas and pains in the Clickbait for his goofy ass show….”

Andrew Wyatt sits down with the HHU Podcast to speak on the recent lawsuit handed down to Bill Cosby. The 80-year-old says Mr Cosby raped her in 1969 after she had dinner with him. 

Mr Cosby was freed from prison in 2021 when his sexual assault conviction was overturned. 

Ms Valentino filed the civil suit under a California law that has temporarily lifted the statute of limitations in sexual assault cases. 

In the lawsuit, she alleges that after ingesting pills Mr Cosby offered to her and her friend, Mr Cosby took them to a nearby office. There, she says she became unconscious and was assaulted after waking up. 

She told Mr Cosby "I want to go home now", according to the filing, which adds she was "incapable of consent" and "physically helpless". 

Ms Valentino is seeking unspecified damages, court and attorney fees. 

The BBC has reached out to Mr Cosby for comment. 

In a statement, Ms Valentino said the trauma the 85-year-old inflicted on her has affected "not only me, but my children and grandchildren". 

"By breaking my silence and speaking my truth, I hope this serves as my legacy to my family, and shows those survivors who have yet to find their voices, that hope and healing are possible," she said in the statement shared with US media. 

A representative for Mr Cosby, Andrew Wyatt, told US media outlets Ms Valentino's claims were "without any proof or facts" and said she had "inconsistencies in her many statements". 

Once known to millions as "America's Dad", Mr Cosby starred in the 1980s hit sitcom The Cosby Show.

A Los Angeles judge on Tuesday denied Tory Lanez's request for a new trial, a ruling that follows the rapper's felony assault conviction from December 2022 in the shooting of fellow hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion, according to ABC news station in Los Angeles, KABC, which had a reporter in the courtroom.

A sentencing date has not been set, but Judge David Herriford of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California indicated during a hearing on April 17 that Lanez would be sentenced within 30 days of the decision on the motion for a new trial.

The decision came one day after a hearing in which Lanez's attorney argued for a new trial. As the five-hour hearing wrapped up, the rapper urged the judge to grant him a new trial, saying, "Your honor, please don’t ruin my life," as he was escorted out of the courtroom, according to KABC.

ABC News has reached out to Lanez's defense team for comment.

Lanez's attorneys, Jose Baez and Matthew Barhoma, filed a motion for a new trial in March, arguing in part that certain evidence presented at trial and some statements made by witnesses on the stand were prejudicial to their client, including an Instagram post where Lanez's verified account commented on the case and a photo of Lanez's gun tattoo. The motion, which was obtained by ABC News, also takes issue with the forensic testing and claims that Lanez's right to counsel of his choice was violated.
