This is the  first episode I've recorded  of HWR since one of my best friends was murdered in January. This is just a poem and NOT an actual podcast like I normally do. Chris Ramsey aka High C, was an amazing friend and had a heart of gold. His heart was huge and his smile an laughter could light up a room! I miss him so much. love you brother!

Its been a minute since my last episode of HWR , but I'm back and ready to go.
Last month, I had a health scare that has changed my life and I'm ready to  make the changes to be happy & healthy.. mentally and physically!
I had been drinking close to a gallon of vodka per week for at least 10 years and mixing other recreational stuff that was literally shutting down my body.
on this episode, I'll  share my story and the changes I've made and struggles I've overcome to be happy, healthy and have a positive outlook my life. You too can do the same!
