Franchising comes down to two general models: service-based and facility-based. They each have advantages and disadvantages and choosing the correct franchise comes down to many qualities.

This episode goes through the pros and cons of service-based franchising and you will discover that customers will generally pay more per service in this model, but it may take more of your time.

To be a successful executive model franchisee you will need a good manager to run your business day-to-day. Finding the right person can be hard.

The franchisor will have some suggestions, but Nat and Pete also have a few ideas. They have both hired managers over their time as business owners and have great insights into what to look for, including finding someone who loves what you hate to do in the business.
