Here are some reasons why we should be using a project management tool in our business, especially when we have virtual assistants.

(1) Gives you a place to put all of the things you need to do, or can think of doing in a place that you and your entire team can see them. And this helps to free up your mind.

(2) Gives you a way to document the tasks and what needs to be done on them. For example, you can record a video outlining what's needed to be done for it.

(3) Gives you a way to prioritize what should be done as you can normally get an overall "view" of everything.

(4) Gives you a way to scale your business. The more "widgets" you produce, either as a service or a product, the more people you'll need to bring on, and it gives them the recipe for that.
