The tools, tactics, and strategies his team successfully uses and is planning to introduce are, in some ways, quite different from those used by his previous employer, Fairview Health Services a 36,000-employee company hiring 9,000 healthcare workers a year pre-Covid. Yet, in many other ways, they're quite similar.

Some of the differences may be obvious: the applicant tracking system is one. But some of the similarities may surprise you.
