I talk about how my boss is now actively vetting multiple candidates for the Assoc. Registrar position and trying to speak in code when her door is open.  I feel uncomfortable about all the secrets and hushed conversations that have started taking place since she started.  I realize that if I don't get this job, I will need to look elsewhere for employment.  I need my salary to reflect my worth.
