It's quite easy to be overwhelmed and just jump into hiring especially when you are flooded with work as a business owner but one of the downsides of being the one who has to do the work when you are starting out is that the transition to actually employing someone to do the work can be very tough, demanding and downright cost you money if you do it wrong.
