In order to be able to consistently get back up whenever I fall down, make a mistake or hit a roadblock, I have had to develop certain traits that make me more mentally capable of handling the stress that comes with disappointments and also the stress of doing something new, scary and uncomfortable.

It's one of the hardest things to really do isn't it? What do I mean? Well, to be self aware of course and stop yourself from wasting time. I believe that certain times, the reason why we waste time isn't because we can't do the task but because we are so scared to fail at it that we will rather talk ourselves out of doing it.
