Artist Mark Lewanski created Arras, and the piece won the Public Vote Grand Prize at ArtPrize in Grand Rapids. However, the piece was displayed in the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. When the federal government shutdown started, the Museum was closed, locking his piece inside. WWJ's Ryan Wrecker spoke to Mark about the experience and what happens next.
