“A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.”

The Poison of the Tongue!

Scripture: Psalm 15:2-3 

“He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.”

Backbiting may be whispered in secret, but its wounds run deep. The Bible warns that the tongue can destroy reputations, divide friendships, and grieve the Spirit of God. This week’s Daily Nugget Series will expose the danger of this “silent dagger” and show us how to overcome it with truth, love, and grace.
