Hist-eerie Podcast

A great wave of paranormal activity rose in the aftermath of Japan's cataclysmic 2011 earthquake and tsunami.  Did these ghosts float up from the watery depths of the survivors' traumatized subconscious?  Or were they real?  Vanishing hitchhikers, crisis apparitions, imprinted residual haunts, and even demonic possessions, are in this month's powerful Hist-eerie episode, "Ghosts of Japan's Tsunami".

NOT EXPLICIT.  Abraham Lincoln had at least EIGHT premonitions throughout his presidency that historians know of...preparing him for his ultimate sacrifice to the cause of peace.  You may have heard of one or two of Abe's uncanny dreams...but I'll bet you haven't heard all eight!  Music of this episode includes the Funeral March of Abraham Lincoln by John G. Barnard, and features The Presidents Own United States Marine Band and The United States Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps.  Special thanks to David Madalinski as the voice of Abraham Lincoln.  Credits, links, references and suggested readings are posted at www.Hist-eerie.com.

Is love eternal? Can two spirits forever be entwined as one, long after their bodies have turned to dust...or to rotting, squishy zombies? This Valentine's Day, cuddle up with your sweetheart and enjoy the true ghost story of the tragic love between a Rodeo Cowboy...and Tinkerbell.  Yes, I said "true story" and "Tinkerbell" in the same sentence.  Trust me, just listen, it'll all make sense.  P.S.  I LOVE the music in this episode!

PLEASE NOTE: Unlike other episodes, this episode has NO explicit violence, and is considered suitable for most audiences.  Suggested rating: PG, parental guidance.

2018 is a year for monsters, as it's the 200th anniversary of when the novel, "Frankenstein" was published.  Of all the modern monsters, few were as terrifying as Saddam Hussein.  The ghosts of his countless victims lament in the war-torn desert of Iraq; and American soldiers must brave the dead as well as the living.  In this episode of Hist-eerie, Diane relates chilling, ghostly encounters collected from soldiers stationed in haunted camps around Iraq, and the tragic history behind the horror.

Part two of "Midnight in the Asylum Cemetery" explores the spooky, ghostly encounters people have reported for over 100 years at the former Elgin, IL asylum buildings and paupers' cemetery. In a unique twist, this episode features actual, UNTOUCHED recordings of mysterious paranormal activity experienced during several of Diane's Haunted Hometowns, Inc. ghost tours.  Those haunted history tours took place late at night within the isolated, abandoned graveyard and the windswept asylum grounds that used to encompass over 1,000 acres, and where lost souls of asylum patients are still said to roam...a legend proven by the startling evidence captured on these recordings!

BONUS FEATURE FOR YOUR WINTER HOLIDAY...Just for fun, Diane sings a Christmas carol she composed, "Werewolves in a Winter Wonderland, With Apologies to Bing".  (Her voice is professionally trained, it will not add to the horror.)

"Midnight in the Asylum Cemetery, Part 2: The Hauntings", is a very special, compelling and fascinating episode with actual, untouched recorded evidence of convincing paranormal activity. Do NOT miss this episode!
