History Makers: living a life that will make history

There’s a part of all of us that images ourselves as the heroes of the stories going on around us. In reality many of us feel like extras. Today we reflect on the life of Ananias (don’t worry nobody’s ever heard of him) and we ask ourselves what does it look like to live a history-making life?

Questions to reflect on and discuss from this message:

1. What would your ‘hero-life’ look like?

2. Matt talked about being ‘available’ and being ‘obedient’. Which of these is most challenging for you?

3. What is one thing you can do in your life this week to step toward the kind of history-making life Matt discussed this morning? Be specific and practical.
