Lawyer, civil rights campaigner, Britain's first Black peer, a dynamic all round cricketer, he was the original West Indian superstar, Learie Constantine, pictured, part of the best fast bowling attack in the 1930's, an aggressive attacking batsman, electric and athletic in the field. In 2020 he would have been an IPL millionaire, in the 1940's as a lawyer, statesman and politician he was everything money cannot buy.
