Nothing makes us appreciate something more than losing it . That is definitely true for our health and physical abilities and even more true for those of us who believed we were about to lose out lives . These kind of experiences often spark profound shifts in our thinking-
less fear of death,
heightened compassion ,
a feeling of appreciation and gratitude for what we do have,
and perhaps most of all a renewed sense of purpose and a burning desire to fulfil that purpose.

Dan Ward is founder of the go construct and the hype movement and he joins us here today.
