Kevin's beloved dog and best friend Honey Bun recently passed away. In this episode, Kevin does a special tribute to Honey Bun and announces that he is dedicating Hitting the High Note to her. They have excellent energy on stage plus they have played numerous places around the country and have shared the stage with Jack Russell's Great White, LA Guns, Jackyl, The Iron Maidens, and Void Vator to name a few.

Hitting the High Note's Kevin Cusack hung out with the guys (Lucas, Erik, and Sam) from Void Vator before their show in Phoenix, AZ. They talked about how they came up with their name, the success of their album Stranded, shooting a new music video, plus Kevin and the guys are friends with a very popular guy in the Phoenix music scene, Bubba. Great times and awesome vibes!
