¡Hola amigos de Hive Open Mic! Espero que todos estén pasando una semana hermosa. En esta oportunidad quiero compartirles una canción de mi autoría titulada: "Mi Verdad", una canción que va de la mano con nuestra temática semanal My Thruth.

Esta canción significa mucho para mí porque es un grito que hay en mi interior, ese que queda oprimido y no puede salir a flote. Bien sea por miedos, inseguridades, auto sabotajes. Una tarde, hace 7 años, mi entrenador de voleibol me dijo una frase que impactó muchísimo y la recuerdo como si me la dijera ayer. Fue dicha cuando yo le comentaba a mi entrenador que no podía mas, y no estaba rindiendo como esperaba y por eso no hacía la jugada que me pedía en la cancha. Y él me respondió con estas palabras: - "Nadie es tu enemigo, el enemigo eres tú misma" - estas palabras las he llevado conmigo cuando las inseguridades vuelven a mi y me digo que yo puedo con cada desafío que enfrento en la vida. Esta es mi verdad, un tanto asfixiante cuando la ansiedad e inseguridad vuelven a mi y me sabotean a la hora de crear un nuevo proyecto.

Está canción habla a aquellas nuevas generaciones que despertemos de eso que nos cega, que avancemos sin miedo, que luchemos contra ese gigante, que se disfraza del miedo interno que nos envuelve. Amigos, sí somos capaces, sí podemos progresar. Cada uno de nosotros tenemos una escencia inigualable.

Está en Youtube y es de libre uso. Así que escuchándola una y otra vez escribí en menos de una hora estos versos que ilustran lo que quise transmitir en la canción. Espero de todo corazón que les guste está fusión de mi letra, línea melódica con este hermoso instrumental.

Hello friends of Hive Open Mic! I hope everyone is having a beautiful week. In this opportunity I want to share with you a song of my authorship titled: "My Truth", a song that goes hand in hand with our weekly theme My Thruth.

This song means a lot to me because it is a cry that is inside me, the one that is oppressed and cannot come out. Either by fears, insecurities, self-sabotage. One afternoon, 7 years ago, my volleyball coach told me a phrase that had a great impact and I remember it as if he said it to me yesterday. It was said when I was telling my coach that I couldn't do it anymore, that I wasn't performing as expected and that's why I wasn't doing the play he was asking me to do on the court. And he answered me with these words: "No one is your enemy, the enemy is yourself" - these words I have carried with me when insecurities come back to me and I tell myself that I can handle every challenge I face in life. This is my truth, somewhat suffocating when anxiety and insecurities come back to me and sabotage me from creating a new project.

This song speaks to those new generations that we should wake up from that which blinds us, that we should move forward without fear, that we should fight against that giant, which is disguised as the internal fear that envelops us. Friends, yes we are capable, yes we can progress. Each one of us has a unique essence.
