This week’s theme, “Sudden Changes,” got me thinking about how quickly things in life can shift—relationships, routines, even our sense of self. One moment you feel secure, and in the blink of an eye, everything’s different. Sometimes those changes come with regret, with that quiet ache of wishing you’d done things differently.
El tema de esta semana, “Cambios Súbitos,” me hizo pensar en lo rápido que puede cambiar la vida—las relaciones, las rutinas, incluso nuestro sentido de identidad. Un momento todo parece estable, y al siguiente, todo es distinto. A veces esos cambios vienen acompañados de arrepentimiento, con ese dolor silencioso de desear haber hecho las cosas de otra manera.
That’s why I chose “When I Was Your Man” by Bruno Mars for this week’s performance. It’s such a tender, emotional song that captures the feeling of sudden loss and the weight of hindsight. I kept the arrangement simple—just me and my voice—hoping to let the emotion come through as honestly as possible.

Es una canción tan tierna y emotiva que capta ese sentimiento de pérdida repentina y el peso del arrepentimiento.
