This week’s theme, Through My Skin, made me think about those feelings we carry deep inside — the kind that are hard to explain but still shape how we live and love. Sometimes, what hurts or what makes us feel alive doesn’t show on the outside, but we feel it just as strongly.
El tema de esta semana, A través de mi piel, me hizo pensar en esos sentimientos que llevamos dentro — esos que no siempre se pueden explicar, pero que igual marcan cómo vivimos y amamos. A veces lo que duele o lo que nos hace sentir vivos no se nota por fuera, pero lo sentimos con la misma fuerza.
That’s why I chose to share “I’m a Mess” by Ed Sheeran. It’s a song that speaks honestly about being all over the place emotionally, and how sometimes we just don’t have it all together. I relate to that. Life gets messy. But there’s something comforting in knowing we’re not alone in that feeling.
Por eso elegí compartir “I’m a Mess” de Ed Sheeran. Es una canción que habla con honestidad sobre sentirse hecho un lío por dentro, y cómo a veces simplemente no podemos con todo. Me identifico con eso. La vida se pone desordenada. Pero hay algo reconfortante en saber que no estamos solos en ese sentimiento.
