This week’s theme, My Gift to Mum, made me pause and reflect on the people who’ve shaped me the most — and for me, that’s my mum. Her love, her sacrifices, her quiet strength... they’re the foundation of who I am.

El tema de esta semana, Mi regalo para mamá, me hizo detenerme y reflexionar sobre las personas que más me han formado — y para mí, esa persona es mi mamá. Su amor, sus sacrificios, su fuerza silenciosa... son la base de quien soy.

That’s why I chose to share “I Can’t Get Over You” by Anthem Lights. It’s a song that, for me, captures that deep emotional tie — the kind you never really move past, because it’s part of you. That’s how I feel about my mum: her presence, even in silence, carries me through so much.

Por eso elegí compartir “I Can’t Get Over You” de Anthem Lights. Es una canción que, para mí, captura ese lazo emocional tan profundo — ese que uno nunca supera del todo, porque ya es parte de uno. Así siento con mi mamá: su presencia, incluso en el silencio, me sostiene en muchas cosas.
