This week’s theme, The Mountain, made me reflect on how life often feels like a climb — full of ups and downs, moments of strength and weakness, joy and exhaustion. But even in those steepest moments, I’ve found that worship can lift us higher.
El tema de esta semana, La montaña, me hizo reflexionar sobre cómo la vida muchas veces se siente como una subida — llena de altos y bajos, momentos de fuerza y de debilidad, alegría y cansancio. Pero incluso en los momentos más empinados, he descubierto que la alabanza puede levantarnos más alto.
That’s why I chose to sing “Ten Thousand Reasons” by Matt Redman — a song that reminds me to keep giving thanks, even when the journey gets tough. It’s like fuel for the climb. Sometimes we don’t feel strong, but when we worship, something shifts — hope returns, even if just for a moment.
