#### Human Rights: The Mother of Change and Inclusivity

Human rights are fundamental rights that every individual deserves, regardless of their race, gender, or ability. Recently, my colleagues and I took human rights to the streets, raising awareness and promoting inclusivity. This is essential since many people have little or no knowledge about their human rights. Focusing on disabled persons, most have suffered discrimination, which is a major infringement of their human rights.

As part of this vision, my Human Rights course lecturer assigned my group, Group 4, a project on the topic "An Overview of Laws and Institutions that Protect Persons with Disabilities Internationally and in Nigeria." I initiated the idea of hitting the streets to discuss with disabled persons, understand their knowledge of their rights, and inform them of laws and institutions that have their best interests at heart.

My group presented our sensitization video before the class and elaborated on the topic of discussion. Our hard work paid off, and we received the Best Presentation award! This project was close to my heart, as it sought to empower persons with disabilities and promote their rights. Through our presentation, we highlighted the importance of accessibility and inclusivity, urging everyone to take responsibility for protecting disabled persons and their rights.

I implore us all to show love to the disabled persons around us and avoid making them feel less than human. Let's work towards providing a more inclusive society for all disabled persons!!!

When in the moment of worship, it is a whole new sphere, distinct from the earthly atmosphere. It goes beyond imaginations of being soaked in an unseen sphere with a saturated presence in it. My inspiration for singing Atmosphere Shift by Phil Thompson, is the fact that as a worshiper, it is a whole new feeling when I'm in the mood of worship. I feel lighter with less worries, problems, troubles and cares of this life. Worshiping should even go beyond being planned, as in a concert, worship session in church and others. It should be done as regularly as possible because there is an aura that surrounds the sphere of worship. It is an environment of undignified worship to your creator.

This is a lovely song for this Easter celebration - so as we soberly reflect on the passion of Christ, take some time and worship His majesty and believe me, the atmosphere will definitely shift and every chain holding you back will break completely.

It's a wonderful experience being a partaker of the Vibes web 3 music competition, week 5. No one knows by Sinach is a very inspiring song I love so much. This song rekindles gratitude in me as I reminisce on the secret battles that God always stood up for me. There is what we call a presence. You feel it hover around you, giving you this absolute peace in your spirit that just can't be quantified to what anyone or anything can give. Mine is the presence of God. My inspiration for choosing this song is because there are times where the going seems really tough and you don't believe to see light at the end of your dark days.
