Well everyone, we did it! It's both the end of an insane year, and the end of our very first season on Hmm with JayJay & Malik. We're chatting about what it's been like trying this thing out from scratch and diving into feedback we've gotten over the last few months. We'll even bring up some ideas for next season as we shoot for bigger and better in the new year. Join us in celebrating a milestone for our little podcast as we get ready for the next season!

We all have fears throughout life that that change and evolve as we get older. In this weeks episode we talk about our childhood fears, how they developed, and dive into the more deep-seated fears that we experience in our adult lives. 

This week's episode we're exploring Malik's recent and gnarly injury, as well as how he's tackling the healing process. In doing so, we discover the difficulties of being vulnerable, asking for help when it's not in our nature, and even finding gratitude in those moments.
