The Digital Collective - 1:1 w/ Keith Pelzer

Keith Pelzer is a man of many talents and many passions. He uses his gifts and abilities of ministry and music to positively affect lives

He’s a Grammy winning musician and producer that has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry.

He’s a content creator who has built out his own extensive broadcast and recording studio while also working and helping others level up their own broadcast environments.

He’s a man of God and I can guarantee you that he will find a way to sneak a preach during this stream!

I wanted to have a conversation about staying in tune with who you are and driving towards your own end goal instead of trying to be like the person next to you - it’s a never winning battle trying to keep up with the Jones’ so stop trying to fix something that may not be broke

A good person give life to others, the wise person teaches other how to live (Proverbs 11:30)That scripture defines Felicia Alston - she is a motivator, educator, Army veteran, minister and content creator. Through her organization Revivify Ministries she is focused on encouraging people to reach for their God given potential with new life and vigor. Our discussion focuses on a number of aspectsknowing who YOU areknowing your WHY (purpose)staying FOCUSED on that purposeknowing when to PIVOT, if necessaryNEVER giving up on yourselfSupport the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/jameshicks) (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/jameshicks)Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/hnmlive (http://supporter.acast.com/hnmlive). An Idealist by definition is a person who is guided more by ideals than by practical considerations. In other words a person who cherishes or pursues high or noble principles, purposes, goals, etc.Essentially a person who represents things as they might or should be rather than necessarily as they areThat absolutely describes Shawn "Doc Rock" Boyd!!This discussion focuses on the creators mindset and maintaining an idealist perspective.
