The film follows the Phamaly Theatre Company, which is comprised of actors with all nature of disabilities – including spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s Disease, cerebral palsy, autism, low vision/blind, and multiple sclerosis – as they rehearse and perform the musical Chicago.
