Isaac Howard scored the game-winning goal in double overtime for the Spartans to win 4-3 in 2OT. The Spartans have won back-to-back BIG 10 titles following their OT win from last year against the Michigan Wolverines.

We also talked about Patrick Maroon's retirement. Before the Blackhawks' game against the Blues on Saturday, Maroon told CHSN Blackhawks analyst Darren Pang that he would retire after the season and what better way to announce it then in his hometown of St. Louis. Patrick Maroon has had a great career in the NHL. 14 seasons. 3x Stanley Cup Champion (2019, 2020, and 2021) and more. Wish him the best on his retirement.
