As the 2022 NHL Draft approaches, we'll be releasing some free podcasts talking about some of the players that will be drafted on July 7th and 8th in Montreal. Today's audio will help you understand the ratings we will include in the upcoming audio. With a little over a week until the 2022 CHL Top Prospects game takes place March 23rd in Kitchener, HockeyProspect.com is pleased to release our updated ranking for the 2022 NHL Draft. It's beginning to look like the draft will indeed remain in Montreal as originally planned. The best part is that it will be an in person draft and the 2022 draft prospects can enjoy the full draft experience. With that said, we have released our updated 2022 NHL Draft list, our first list since December 26th.

The battle for the top spot on our list is tight with Shane Wright remaining first overall again on this updated list. Wright is holding off Conor Geekie, who remains our 2nd ranked prospect and Juraj Slafkovsky, who has moved up three spots from 6th overall on our December list to 3rd overall on this updated ranking.
