Laila Kinsch is a sportswoman, whose size does not represent the amount of success she has got in the sports field. In her teenage years, she discovered her talent in Karate and attended several European championships.  After becoming Champion many times in her specialty, Kata, she decided to switch to volleyball, and she made it to the first team not long after her choice.  She hates losing, and this has been her motivation to make her go farther.  Laila for sure is a source of pride for her country, Luxembourg.
