This episode, we’re stepping into the world of dance with Kevin Frey.  Kevin is a director, creative producer, and founder of Kreative Fruition Inc., a creative studio focused on storytelling, live experience, mentorship, and innovation. Originally coming from the world of dance and performance, Kevin spent over a decade working with artists including Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and J Balvin across world tours, television, and major live productions. Most recently, he served as Creative Coordinator for Season 1 of Star Search under legendary creative director Fatima Robinson.

Today, Kevin’s work sits at the intersection of creativity, mentorship, and modern technology. Through 1:1 Dance Consult, he helps dancers, choreographers, and creatives navigate careers in entertainment with more clarity, strategy, and intention. His approach blends emotional intelligence, cinematic storytelling, and a deep belief that creativity can open doors not just professionally, but personally.

On today’s episode, Frances Lebar joins the podcast to discuss Production Design! The Production Designer role is essential to creating that movie magic you experience when you watch something and feel like the world is so real, you’re living in it right alongside the characters.

Frances has worked on the production design for Disney’s Ahsoka (Star Wars universe) and Marvel’s Spiderman: No Way Home, to name a few. She has also worked on experiential fan pop-ups, like the South by Southwest Alien: Earth crash landing and HBO’s Lanterns experience at Comic Con this year.
