In this episode I go into an essential part of my practice & one that I share with my clients & students, all the time - Clearing & Protecting!

We are energetic beings.

Every time we have an interaction - this does not just have to be a conversation, or brushing someone on the street, it can also be a book or magazine we read, a movie or song we listen to. Energy is subtle. We are always in an energetic exchange with our environment - people, places, things.

This is why clearing & protecting your Energy Body is so important. I will add this - we do not 'clear & protect' from a fear-based perspective.

We clear & protect out of reverence for ourselves.

Your entire being - energetic & physical - is a sacred vessel into which the Divine is pouring its essence and through which the Divine is expressing creation.

From this space of reverence for the spark of the Divine that you are - may you receive this offering for your highest good.

Developing a sacred relationship with our Energy Body, our auric field, is an important part of our work on this spiritual journey. The quicker we can gage where we are, the sooner we can course correct, should we find that it is needed.

Energy is in constant motion. WE are living in a constant state of change - even though our external world may not be reflecting what we're developing. Remember, this is by divine design.
