We all have messed up a golden opportunity. Was dating someone, everything going well and boom you did something to mess it up. Something so small to you ended everything. Or, you could have been in a relationship, and everything was going great, and you did too much and caused problems that ended it all. Mr. Bell is joined by Deion host of "From My Perspective" and it's been a while, but Teddy Szn has come back to hang with the crew. Each one of these brothers tell their story.

The early 2000s was a classic time and r&b music. But we had a lot of gray albums released from usher's 8701, Jamie Foxx giving us the classic Unpredictable which no one could predict. The introduction to the world of Ashanti from Murder Inc. Trey Songz giving us Ready so many great albums. We had to do the bracket challenge for the 2000 to 2010 era. It could be the smallest gesture that can hit you aroused. It could be a touch of the shoulder or a hug from behind. Or could be the way that your significant other got their haircut. Even taking out the trash might get you some sex you never know . On this episode we talk about the non-sexual things that can turn you on. I finally got a great friend of mine. Very important person to appear on an episode. Ashley, a good friend of mine for over 8 years. I think she did. Wonderful. You all tell me what you think.

But to join Mr. Bell in this Convo he brings in the K from Distant Convos with K & S. Mr. Bell says he would leave it up and let who ever may hear it listen. It's life things happen. We also have a quick conversation about women thinking men are supposed to pay their bills. We live in a "keeping up with the Jones" world now without knowing everything that is going on or a since of what is really going on in our world.

We are back to discuss the greatest rappers list. This time we embark on a conversation about being the featured artist. What do you bring to the table when you are a guest on someone else's record. Are you able to outshine them or heighten their record. We all know that Lil Wayne went on a incredible run. But we discuss other people who have and there is a big disagreement on a man named Ludacris. Also, Drake dropped some new records. So we have to discuss. Is this the right rollout?
