Episode 7 of the book discussion Holding Space discusses the Power of Silence. Director of advice ad training organization Dimensa Mala Paltoe (Netherlands) engages with the musical director of the Aslan Music School Priya Keet (Netherlands), poet and artist Denise Brown (USA), and Winnie and Aminata.

Therapist and entrepreneur Engracia Veldwachter (Netherlands) and student coach Mirjam Marte (Suriname) engage in a lively discussion in episode 6 with Winnie and Aminata. The topic is "Gezelligheid", a fun Dutch word and concept that has major implications for abilities to engage and connect with the other and create inclusive environments.

In the 5th episode Winne and Aminata engage with the coordinator of the Master's Arts Education program at the Amsterdam University of the Arts Jappe Groenendijk (Netherlands), civil rights lawyer Courtney McCausland (USA), and human rights intersectional activist Eduardo Santos (Brazil). They discuss the chapter Fortress of Information in which they explore how information can be an obstacle or an excuse in overcoming the dominant and other divide.

Appropriation as Colonization is the title of the chapter discussed in the fourth episode of the book discussion Holding Space. Law professional and social activist Roshni Ramautar (Netherlands), start up entrepreneur Bertrand Laborde (Netherlands), and university anthropology professor Erin Kenny (USA) engage with each other and Winnie and Aminata around the different ways in which appropriation can be enacted and experienced. 

In this third episode researcher Soumya Bouzaggou (Netherlands), dance studio owner Teresa Tomb (USA) and social entrepreneur Dervin Sno (Netherlands) engage with Winnie and Aminata in a conversation about the chapter Positions We Cannot Escape. This chapter is dedicated to the concept of positionality as it contributes to the dominant and other divide.

In this first episode Winnie Roseval interviews Aminata Cairo about the making and content of her new book Holding Space: A Storytelling Approach to Trampling Diversity and Inclusion. The interview is interspersed with segments of the book.
