Eating during the holidays can be a challenge when you have stayed consistent on your healthy eating journey of staying balanced. A big part of balance is learning to not be guilty when you eat a ton of food you normally would not. 

Everyone should enjoy the holidays and eat what you like! These holidays are once a year, it will not kill you to let go, and your gains won't diasappear over night, I promise.
