It’s important to create habits, routines, and systems that work with your strengths and natural tendencies. 

 

Here are a few of my favorite holiday habits:

 

I batch similar tasks together to enhance efficiency and save time. 

I “tabata” home and work tasks so that I create variety in my day and can make progress on multiple projects at once. 

I set a timer for 15 minute increments that will alert me to drink water. 

I prioritize time for:

  • Silence
  • Solitude
  • Stillness
  •
