The holidays are here and many of us find ourselves trapped in a flurry of emotions and triggers from the past creating overwhelm, anxieties and many more feelings. This season allow us to be aware of what is happening within, as we create space for our feelings, thoughts, and emotions with the practice of meditation, breath, and mantra. Together we open to who it is we need to forgive and cultivate a self-care practice that will better help us understand how we can work toward forgiveness. 

Today we can be the breaker of our chains as we allow the overwhelm to be as it is with a knowingness forgiveness is the path to our ultimate freedom.
