In this episode, we're going to take a look at how the holiday season can affect our children; we will take a look at how the holiday season can affect our children's mental well-being and our own. How our attempt to make it "Just like it was or better" could be hurting instead of helping. We will also dive into depression and anxiety and deal with it in this new norm, as a single Dad in a Covid world.
We will talk through what I am experiencing and some research I have done to help my children get through this time—steps you may want to use to do the same.
